The Q Revo is a great option if you're looking for a robot vacuum and mop that is priced in the middle. It provides a fantastic mopping experience, but it lacks the features that make up its more expensive counterpart.

In tests, it was able remove pet hair and dry oats from carpets with a medium pile. It doesn't employ LIDAR, however, like cheaper models do, to map your home.

The iRobot Roomba S9+ is one of the top-rated robot vacuums. It is a powerful cleaner and plenty of features that include the self-emptying dirt container built into its charging base. It can also learn your cleaning habits and suggest automated schedules to ensure you have a hands-free experience.

The iRobot Home App guides you through the process of setting up. Once everything is connected, you can start the automated cleaning functions with the touch of a button. You can choose the general clean option which focuses on the elimination of larger particles like rice and cereal. You can also opt for two thorough mappings to ensure that your home is cleaned thoroughly.

This robot vacuum is effective on floors that are unfinished and carpets with a low pile. It is able to pick up pet hair and sucks big objects up. It doesn't lose its suction as fast as some other robot vacuums. It's not the best time with plush or high-pile carpet, however iRobot promises it will improve in the future with new models.

The S9+ features a new design from iRobot that is focused on enhancing edge and corner cleaning. It's the very first Roomba that has an open-fronted, flat-fronted design. The company hopes that this will allow it to be able to hug the furniture and walls. It's a significant improvement over hockey puck-shaped robovacs that are standard however we found it to be only marginally better than circular models.

iRobot also claims the S9+ has a superior Best Robot Vacuum and Mop filtering system that stops microscopic dust particles and allergens from circulating within your home. We like the statement but not enough to justify a premium price.

Its smart navigation system employs a combination of sensors to keep track of your home's layout, and vSLAM technology to map the interior. It then cleans your entire home with ease by avoiding obstacles like stairs and other obstacles. The iRobot Home app lets you control the robot and set cleaning times, as well as create virtual boundary markers, so it is aware of areas that need extra attention.

2. Roborock Q Revo

Roborock Q Revo is a machine that combines vacuuming and mopping. Its vacuum settings are as good as those found on more expensive models. And its mopping system is even better as its spinning pads scrub your floors much more effectively than the vibrating pads.

This feature is beneficial for those who have different flooring in different areas of your home, or when you have to frequently clear out clutter such as clothes, toys and books. The robot vacuum is also efficient and was among the top performers in my tests, picking up debris from both carpets and hardwoods in its first run. It can even vacuum up wet spills. I recommend drying them with a towel before sending it into.

3. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Omni

The X2 Omni is a premium robot mop and vacuum combo that has all the features you could wish for. Similar to the iRobot Roomba S9+, it comes with a powerful vacuum with a powerful suction to clean hard and carpet floors, plus the mop's rotating design that can scrub tough staining. It also has self-cleaning bases that automatically empty and cleans the mop pads, ensuring that they remain them free of germs and ready to use again. It also features a new sensor system that better detects obstacles, giving it the ability to prevent falling over furniture or other objects.

The most significant improvement to the ECOVACS The X1 Deebot is the sleeker, modern design. This is due to Danish company Jacob Jensen Design, best known for their Bang & Olufsen product line. While still quite massive--it's nearly two feet in height and depth and weighs in excess of four pounds--the robot and its base are smaller than the Roborock Q Revo or iRobot j7.

This model is more efficient than the X1 since it charges faster and can clean up 1,500 square feet in a single charge. It also has a bigger, more durable dustbin to hold more debris and is easier to empty when needed.

The X2 Omni also has a more natural voice assistant as well as an app that is functional even if you are not at home. It also comes with more mopping modes and an intelligent routing feature that allows you to clean specific rooms or areas of your house instead of just following a specific path.

The X2 Omni is the best robot vacuum under 200 robot for mopping. Its rotating mop pads remove tough stains and its motor produces lots of downward pressure. The vacuuming capabilities are also excellent, and it increases suction when it detects a carpet to ensure a thorough cleaning. It also has a large battery that can last for several weeks between charges and its mopping mode is as efficient as anything we've seen in an ordinary robot.

4. Dreametech L10s Ultra

The Dreametech L10s Ultra is a high-end robot vacuum and mop that comes with a variety of convenience features that you do not often find on robots in this price range. It can build precise floor maps, recognize various flooring types and is among the few to automatically wash and dry its mop pads. These are nice features but they also place the L10s in the luxury category. This could make it more expensive than what homeowners want.

Designed to look like a contemporary floor cleaner, the L10s Ultra is a tall and slim machine with an elegant white finish highlighted by mirror-plated silver elements. The front of the machine is adorned with an impressive bumper that protects the furniture and vacuum cleaner as you move around your home. In the pane in the front is an additional navigation technology with sensors that help the L10s Ultra navigate around tight corners and avoid obstacles.

On the top of the vacuum there is a single button that acts as an on/off switch. This button will activate the vacuum. If you click it again, it will shut it off and send it back to its base station. The circular menu in the center of the control panel allows you to choose cleaning modes, schedules and preferences. The left and right buttons beneath the screen will open the settings menu of the app where you can alter how the L10s Ultra interacts with your home.

The L10s Ultra, like the iRobot Roomba S9+ or Roborock Q Revo uses a combination of LIDAR and cameras-based navigation technology to map your home. This creates a precise floor plan that helps the robot vacuum and mop effectively, without getting stuck in areas with clutter. The LIDAR also assists the robot vacuum detect and avoid obstacles, which is a nice feature for households with pets or children.

The L10s Ultra has a solid vacuuming capability, clearing 98.4 percent of debris from our hardwood floor test and taking out all but the most difficult juice stain. Its mops also perform well in removing 98.4% debris from our tile, carpet and wood tests. However, it wasn't quite as great at tackling sand on the hard floor and Quaker oats on carpet.
