The Best Robot Vacuum and Mop Combo

The Q Revo is an excellent option if you're seeking a robot vacuum and mop that is priced in the middle. It has a great mopping capability, but it lacks certain of the more advanced features that are found in its more expensive sibling.

In tests it was able to eliminate pet hair and dry oats out of carpets with a medium-pile. However, unlike other models, it doesn't utilize LIDAR to determine the layout of your home.

1. iRobot Roomba S9+

The iRobot Roomba S9+ is one of the top robot vacuums. It has a lot of features and incredible cleaning power, including a dirt compartment that is integrated into the charging base. This robot can learn your cleaning habits, and suggest automated schedules that will give you the ultimate hands-free cleaning experience.

The iRobot Home App guides you through the process of setting up. Once everything is connected, you can begin the automated cleaning functions with the click of a button. You can choose the general clean option which focuses on the elimination of larger particles like cereal and rice. Or you can opt for two thorough mappings to ensure that your home is cleaned thoroughly.

This vacuum works well on both floors with no carpet and carpets with low pile. It sucks up large items and doesn't lose suction as rapidly as some others do and can clean up pet hair without much difficulty. It has a difficult time with carpets that are high-pile or plush however, iRobot says that future models will be better.

The S9+ is a new design by iRobot that concentrates on enhancing edge and corner cleaning. It's the very first Roomba that adopts flat-fronted D-shaped designs. The company hopes that this will allow it to fit into the furniture and walls. It's a nice change from the hockey puck-like design of the majority of robovacs. However, we discovered it to be only incrementally better than circular models.

iRobot claims that the S9+ also features a superior filtration system which blocks microscopic particles and allergens recirculating in your home. It's a nice claim, but we're not convinced it's enough to justify the price cost.

Its smart navigation system utilizes sensors to keep track of the structure of your home, and vSLAM to map the interior of your home. It can then clean your entire house efficiently by avoiding obstacles like stairs and other barriers. The iRobot Home App allows you to schedule cleaning times and create virtual boundaries to ensure that the robot is aware of the areas that require attention.

2. Roborock Q Revo

Roborock Q Revo is a robot that is a combination of mopping and vacuuming. Its vacuum settings are just as good as those on higher-end models. And its mopping system is even better - its spinning pads scrub your floors much more effectively than the vibrating pads.

The only downside is that it does not have an additional rubber brush to provide more thorough cleaning, but it's an affordable cost to pay for if you want one of the best robots on the market. The dust tank on the robo-vac is bigger than most of its competitors. Filling it up takes only two or three cycles, even when you've got a lot of dirt.

For the mopping device, I was amazed with its ability to scrub the tough dirt off my floors. Its two mopping modes at the lowest that are less abrasive than the higher-powered ones create very little noise, which allows you to work or watch TV without interruption. If it comes into contact with a wall or furniture piece, it gently bumps into it before moving on.

What really distinguishes the Q Revo apart is that it's designed to function almost completely on its own, with no need for human intervention. The robo-vac comes with a multi-function dock that automatically moves physical trash into the hidden bin and also washes and drys the mop pads, and refills its clean water tank. The app is capable of alerting you when something is in need of attention, like the water tank that is running out of clean or a scheduled cleaning session being cancelled due to a stuffed dust bin.

You can also create or combine rooms to personalize the way Q Revo treats your home. This feature is useful for those who have different flooring in different areas of your home, or if you need to regularly get rid of clutter like toys, clothes, and books. The robot vacuum is also efficient and was one of the top performers in my tests, removing dirt from carpets and hardwoods in its first run. It is able to vacuum up wet spills. I suggest drying them with a towel before sending it to.

3. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Omni

The X2 Omni is a premium robot mop and vacuum that has all the features you can want. It comes with the ability to rotate mops and a powerful vacuum that can clean carpets and hard floors. It's akin to the iRobot Roomba S9+. It also has an automatic cleaning station that washes and cleans the mop pads to keep them clean and ready for reuse. It also has a new sensor system that is able to better detects obstacles, granting it the ability to prevent falling over furniture or other objects.

The most notable improvement over the ECOVACS The X1 Deebot is the modern, sleeker design. This is thanks to Danish company Jacob Jensen Design, best inexpensive robot vacuum known for their Bang & Olufsen product line. The robot is still quite large. It measures over two feet in the height and depth and weighs in at least four pounds. However the robot and its base are smaller than the Roborock Q Revo or iRobot J7.

This model is also more efficient than the X1 one, because it has a faster charging speed for batteries and can handle a complete cleaning of approximately 1,500 square feet with just one charge. Additionally, it comes with a larger, more durable dustbin to hold more debris and is easier to empty when required.

The X2 Omni also has a more natural voice assistant as well as an app that works even when you're not at home. It also comes with a smart routing function that allows it to clean specific areas or rooms of your home, instead of following a set path.

The X2 Omni is the top mopping robot. Its mop pads that rotate scrub away tough stains, and its motor generates lots of downward pressure. Its vacuuming is excellent too and it enhances suction when it detects carpet to ensure it's doing an excellent job. It has a large rechargeable battery that lasts up to a week. The mopping feature of the robot is also extremely effective.

4. Dreametech L10s Ultra

The Dreametech L10s Ultra robot mop Vacuum combo mop and Robot mop vacuum combo vacuum is a premium model that has a range of features that aren't often found on robots in this price range. It can build precise floor maps, recognize different flooring types and is among the few robots that automatically wash and dry its mop pads. These are nice features but they also push the L10s into the class of luxury. This could mean it's more expensive than homeowners need.

It is designed to resemble a modern floor cleaner designed to look like a modern floor cleaner, the L10s Ultra is a tall and slim device with an elegant white finish accented by mirror-plated silver elements. The front of the machine is dominated by an enormous bumper, which protects furniture and the vacuum from damage when moving around the home. Sensors are concealed behind the front panel, which helps the L10s Ultra navigate around tight corners and avoid obstacles.

On the top, there's one button that basically is a switch for on and off. Pressing this will activate the vacuum, and clicking it again will shut off the vacuum and send it back to its base station. The circular menu located in the middle of the control panel allows you to choose cleaning modes, schedules and preferences. The left and right buttons allow you to access the settings in the app, which allow you to customize how the L10s Ultra interacts with your home.

The L10s Ultra, like the iRobot Roomba S9+ or Roborock Q Revo uses a combination LIDAR and cameras-based navigation technology to map your home. This creates a detailed floor plan that allows the robot vacuum and mop with ease and avoid getting stuck in areas with clutter. The LIDAR also assists the robot vacuum recognize and avoid obstacles, which is a nice feature for robot mop Vacuum combo households with children or pets.

The L10s Ultra is a powerful vacuum cleaner that removes 98.4% debris from our test on hard floors, and removing all but stubborn juice stains. Its mops also perform well and remove 98.4 percent of the debris from our carpet, tile and wood tests. However, it wasn't as efficient in dealing with sand on the hard floor and quaker oats on the carpet.
